How are FARM tours organized this year?
All attendees who choose either the Complete Convention & EXPO Package or the Farm Tour & EXPO Package will experience four fantastic destinations in the Atlanta area.  Buses will rotate to these locations at different times throughout the day, but all attendees will see the same stops.  Everyone will come together for a banquet meal at the end of the day in downtown Atlanta at the AmericasMart Atlanta Market.

You may also choose to add on an additional Bonus Day of farm tours with an additional 4 farm/retail locations.  Transportation, meals, and snacks are included in the price of the farm tours.
Are hotel rooms included in the registration fee?
We know some attendees may have special travel arrangements and timing, so we allow you the freedom to make your own lodging decisions.  Our host hotel is the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Hotel Resort and reservations may be made through this LINK.  Guaranteed negotiated rates are available through January 11, 2022.  The cost of hotel rooms are not included in the convention registration fee.
What meals are included with my convention registration?
Daily breakfast and lunch will be provided for each day of the convention.  Dinner will be provided for attendees on Thursday, Feb 3 at the Welcome Reception; Friday, Feb 4 with the Farm Tour; and Monday, Feb 7 at the Closing Reception.

Information about optional excursions will be provided closer to convention dates for Saturday and Sunday, February 5th and 6th.
Will recordings of the sessions be available this year?
With a greater number of paid professional speakers and potential issues concerning intellectual property rights, we are unable to offer audio recordings of this year's educational sessions for purchase. However, registered attendees will have access to speaker materials for which we have permission immediately following the conference. We will share those materials for members on the NAFDMA Resource Center the following year, as has been standard NAFDMA practice.
What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport?
There are several ways to get to the hotel from the Atlanta airport, including taxi and rideshare services such as Lyft/Uber.  Please visit our TRAVEL page for more information including links to rental car options, directions, and cost estimators.
Will I be able to choose the educational session I attend?
Absolutely!  Most of our educational sessions are concurrent, and you have the option of the session topic most applicable to you.  Many farms/businesses choose to send multiple attendees to convention so each person can choose a different educational tract and have the most benefit from the content.
Will masks be required?
No, masks will not be required.   The only adjustment to this statement will be if conditions require mandates by either the US government or State of Georgia, neither of which are expected to occur.  Masks will be available for any attendees who may wish to wear them, along with hand sanitizer, enhanced cleaning services from the hotel and convention center, and accommodations for the farm tours for those who choose to drive themselves.
