Outside of the Celebration of Excellence, the dress code is — there is no dress code! We recommend checking the weather and planning accordingly for farm tours. Layers highly encouraged for indoor educational sessions. Dress code for the Celebration of Excellence is “farmer fancy.” This can include fancy cocktail attire - all the way to nice jeans and dressy shirts. Wear what makes you feel like Celebrating Excellence!
If attending the farm tour, please consult the weather and dress appropriately. The farm tour is a rain or shine event.

No, the bonus day is NOT included in registration. It is an additional cost on top of convention registration.

The NAFDMA Agritourism Convention and Expo is a family-friendly event. Please use the following guidelines for registering your child(ren) for this year's Convention.
Children aged 2 years and under do not need to be registered for the event and may attend at no charge.
Children between ages 3 and 17 years should be registered at the appropriate child registration package, according to what events and meals that they will be attending with you. One child can be registered with each adult registration. If you need to register more children, please email christine@nafdma.com for assistance.
Children older than 17 years should be registered at the adult rate.
Registration rates for children's registrations are at cost and are intended to cover the costs of meals.
Additionally, for children ages 5-12, NAFDMA plans to again offer educational programming on Sunday and Monday during the Convention education sessions. Children will enjoy age-appropriate activities that mix learning with play—think games, crafts, stories, and hands-on experiences that keep them engaged and smiling. Yes, NAFDMA has scholarship opportunities available to help off-set convention costs.
The NAFDMA scholarship committee has set a deadline of November 1 for the first round of applications. The committee will review all applications shortly after that date and will award scholarships based on initial interest. If there are any additional allocated funds after the initial round, additional applications will be considered in the order they are received.

Registrations for NAFDMA events are non-refundable.
Written requests for registration cancellation will be accepted until January 27, 2027, and an event credit towards a future in-person NAFDMA event will be issued, less a $75 cancellation processing fee or the registration(s) may be transferred to another member of your farm team.
After January 27, 2027, no event credit can be issued. Please email info@nafdma.com for these requests.
Cancelled registrations may not be posted or advertised as available, re-sold or traded.

NO - we do NOT sell our attendee list. If you are contacted by anyone offering to sell our attendee list, they are a scammer and do not engage with them. Only top level sponsors of our event are provided with the attendee list and ONLY AFTER the event concludes - never before.

NO - Poachers and scammers are constantly posing as official representatives of NAFDMA to solicit hotel reservations. We WILL NOT contact you with any hotel information outside of the host hotel. For information about the convention Host Hotel, please visit the Hotel and Travel Page on our website.

No, however NAFDMA farm members do receive discounted registration pricing in addition to benefits throughout the year. Visit https://www.nafdma.com/membership for details. To receive the member registration discount, you must be a member at the time you register for the Convention. Member pricing will not be applied retroactively.
