  • No, the cost of hotel rooms are NOT included in the convention registration fee. Our host hotel is the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal - 5780 Major Blvd.,Orlando, FL 32819. The Thursday Bonus Day sessions, the Expo, educational sessions, event meals and bus departure and return for the farm tours will all take place at our host hotel. 

    The NAFDMA nightly room rate is $169, and reservations can be made online using THIS LINK.

    Guaranteed negotiated rates are available through January 27, 2026.

  • For Full Convention and Expo attendees, meals included with your registration are as follows: Dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday, Sunday and Monday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday, Dinner is on your own on Saturday.

    For Education and Expo attendees, meals included with your registration are as follows: Dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sunday and Monday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday, Dinner is on your own on Saturday.

    For Farm Tour and Expo Only attendees, meals included with your registration are as follows: Dinner on Thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Saturday, Dinner is on your own on Saturday.

    For Expo Only attendees, meals included with your registration are as follows: Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Friday in the Expo and breakfast and lunch in the Expo on Saturday, Dinner is on your own on Saturday.

  • Outside of the Celebration of Excellence, the dress code is — there is no dress code! We recommend checking the weather and planning accordingly for farm tours. Layers highly encouraged for indoor educational sessions. Dress code for the Celebration of Excellence is “farmer fancy.” Nice jeans and button down shirts for the men, or blouses for women.

    If attending the farm tour, please consult the weather and dress appropriately. The farm tour is a rain or shine event.

  • The Disney Institute is a pre-convention program and is NOT included in your Convention registration. A separate registration and hotel reservation are required for this event.

    This is a unique experience focused on delivering Quality Service to your customers and will include expert presentations, interactive activities, field experiences in one or more of the Disney parks, a workbook and resources, and graduation ears & certificate!

    Your hotel stay is NOT included in the event registration pricing and must be arranged separately. Reserve your accommodations <link to come> at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort for February 3-5, 2026.  Transfer will be provided on Feb 5 between Disney's hotel and the host hotel for the NAFDMA Convention.

  • No, the bonus day is NOT included in registration. It is an additional cost on top of convention registration.

  • The NAFDMA Agritourism Convention and Expo is a family-friendly event. Please use the following guidelines for registering your child(ren) for this year's Convention.

    • Children aged 2 years and under do not need to be registered for the event and may attend at no charge. 

    • Children between ages 3 and 17 years should be registered at the appropriate child registration package, according to what events and meals that they will be attending with you. One child can be registered with each adult registration. If you need to register more children, please email christine@nafdma.com for assistance.

    • Children older than 17 years should be registered at the adult rate.

    Registration rates for children's registrations are at cost and are intended to cover the costs of meals.

  • Yes, NAFDMA has scholarship opportunities available to help off-set convention costs.

    The NAFDMA scholarship committee has set a deadline of November 1 for the first round of applications. The committee will review all applications shortly after that date and will award scholarships based on initial interest. If there are any additional allocated funds after the initial round, additional applications will be considered in the order they are received.

    • Education Sessions and Expo (No Farm Tour) - Includes access to Sunday and Monday education sessions, meals and admission to the Expo Friday and Saturday. Thursday Bonus Day sessions, Friday's Farm Tour and the Saturday Prayer Breakfast are extra and are NOT included.

    • Friday Farm Tour & Expo Only (No Education Sessions, No Awards Dinner) - Includes access to Friday's Farm Tour and access to the Expo on both Friday evening and Saturday open hours. Thursday Bonus Day sessions, Convention education sessions, the Saturday Prayer Breakfast and Saturday's awards dinner are NOT included.

    • Expo Only (Friday & Saturday Expo Hours Only) - Includes access to the Expo on both Friday evening and Saturday during open Expo hours. Thursday Bonus Day sessions, Convention education sessions, Friday's Farm Tour, the Saturday Prayer Breakfast and Saturday's awards dinner are NOT included.

  • The NAFDMA Agritourism Convention and Expo is a non-refundable event.  Should you need to cancel, registrations may be transferred to another individual on your farm team for this event at no charge. All transferral requests should be submitted to christine@nafdma.com

    Alternatively, if you are unable to attend and unable to transfer your registration to someone else on your farm team, until January 29, 2026, your registration fee may be credited toward a future NAFDMA in-person event. Written requests for registration event credit will be issued until January 29, 2026, less a $75 processing fee. Please contact christine@nafdma.com for these requests.  

    After January 29, 2026, no event credit can be provided for any reason. Event refunds will be provided ONLY if governmental regulations prohibit travel to the event or the event is unable to be held.
