REGISTRATION: Current NAFDMA members will receive discounted pricing at checkout. You MUST be logged into your account/the membership portal to receive member pricing. To login, visit: https://www.nafdma.com/  Then, click the "Member Login" button. Enter your email address or user name that is linked to your NAFDMA account followed by the password associated with your login. If you cannot remember your password, click the text for "Trouble logging in" to have your password reset information emailed to you. Register before November 15, 2025 for the best pricing.

When registering yourself, family members and/or your team, please enter a unique email for each registrant. A unique email is needed to register for and use the Convention app.

ON-SITE CONVENTION REGISTRATION:

If you missed the registration deadline, on-site registration will be an option this year for a very limited number of attendees, pending space availability. Pricing on-site will be double the most recent non-member pricing, and will be due immediately on site before the attendee is allowed to join any convention activities. Registration will only be available for the Education and Expo and Expo Only registration packages. No onsite registration for the Farm Tour will be available. Any attendee registering on site is not guaranteed food, and may need to secure their own meals.

CONVENTION REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

NAFDMA's Convention cancellation policy is as follows:

The Agritourism Convention and EXPO is a non-refundable event, except in the specific circumstances outlined here. Registrations may be transferred to another individual for the event at no charge, and all transferal requests should be submitted to christine@nafdma.com.

If unable to attend, your registration fee may be credited toward a future NAFDMA event. Written requests for registration event credit will be provided with a $75 processing fee. Please contact christine@nafdma.com for these requests. After January 31, 2026, no event credit can be provided for any reason. 

Event refunds will be provided ONLY if governmental regulations prohibit travel to the event or the event is unable to be held.
